This is how hot is was on our last trip down south. Here's Ethan swimming in the Tigris. We were all jealous. It was about 40 to 42 degrees in the daytime most of the trip. That's about 104 to 108.

I forgot! We went to the airport the other day to drop some friends off and
Ethan got to see a plane. It was parked of course, but he loved it. He was
so excited and kept saying, "airplane" all day. He also has a plastic
blowup plane that looks just like the one that was parked and when he plays
with it he makes airplane sounds.

We went to a new park yesterday morning and then went back again this
afternoon. It had a great playground for Ethan. He loves the slide and the
swings and putting dirt in his dump truck.
